On your SFO1 payment terminal, you can customize the screens that show during the payment flow, to reflect your brand identity and showcase promotions. You can add your logo, choose between a dark or a light theme, and show images or play videos in the background of each part of the payment flow.
Requirements
Before you begin, take into account the following requirements and limitations.

Modify screens
- Make sure you have logo, image, and video files available that match the requirements.
- Log in to your Customer Area.
- Select a company account with SFO1 payment terminals.
- Go to In-person payments > Themes.
- On the tab for the General appearance:
Select the Edit button and upload an SVG image for your Logo and select a dark or a light theme. - On the tabs for the Home, Idle, After payment, and Shopper engagement screens:
Select the Edit button and upload videos or images to show during those steps of shopper interaction. - Select Save.
The changes take effect when the terminal downloads the configuration during its maintenance call to our system. To apply the changes immediately, you can update the configuration manually.
