Our Standalone solution
If you don't need a fully featured API integration, you may want to use standalone terminals.
We offer countertop and portable terminals that have a built-in printer. These can be used as standalone terminals.
Adyen offers a range of the latest payment terminals from various manufacturers. When used in a Terminal API integration, most terminal models support:
- Card, mobile wallet, and QR code payment methods.
- Multiple languages.
- Shopper recognition.
- Tipping.
- Tax-free shopping.
- Customizable display and receipt logos.
- Using beacons to connect your POS app to the nearest terminal.
Each terminal model offers specific features, such as a large display or a built-in printer, which you should consider when you choose terminals for your integration.
