Pending

The terminal shows the pending icon.

The pending icon indicates that there are payments that the terminal hasn't been able to send to the Adyen host for completion (capture and settlement).

Solution: Check network connection

  1. Run diagnostics to check whether the terminal is able to reach the Adyen host system. If not, you may need to adjust your firewall settings or other network aspects.

    Note that when the terminal indicates it is connected to your Wi-Fi network, this doesn't necessarily mean that it is connected to the internet. There can be issues with the connection from your Wi-Fi network to the internet.
