Improved functionality

• The SOAP version used for communication between the library and the terminals has been increased to 22.

• Additional progress events are added to indicate states in the Gift card processing:

  • BALANCE_QUERY_ACQUIRED
  • CARD_METHOD_SELECTED
  • PROVIDE_CARD_DETAILS
  • CARD_DETAILS_PROVIDED
  • SPECIAL_TENDER_STARTED
• The logging in the ShowScreen method is now improved.
