For a refund above the CVM limit with a contactless UnionPay card, we no longer prompt the shopper to enter their PIN.

When a Canadian debit card was used outside of Canada, issues occurred with cards that combine the Interac payment method and a card scheme payment method (for example, Visa or Mastercard). This fix ensures that outside of Canada payments with such cards are processed using the payment method of the card scheme.
